Redesign and Migration of a Group of Websites for an American Fuel Retailer to Kentico 13
The client is a leading American fuel supplier and operates several websites focused on discount sales of various fuels to end customers. As DRC expanded, it became necessary to introduce new functionalities to three of their websites to better control their business activities, improve customer service, and ensure return visits from customers. We collaborated on the project with the local agency Fuseideas.
Our client Dead River Company is currently using the Kentico platform, with which they have been satisfied for many years. They believed it would continue to suit their business, as well as the other brands they own
Redesign all three websites and migrate everything related to them to the Kentico 13 platform.
Kentico 13 served us well with its core functionalities regarding the management of contacts, users, customer accounts, orders, product management, and scheduled tasks
We also immediately implemented marketing features, as DRC and its marketing team oversee most marketing operations for all the mentioned brands. From the Kentico platform, we can utilize various data regarding e-commerce and customer behavior, which then helps in properly targeting marketing activities. In the future, we also plan to strengthen personalization and automation, making the website and associated marketing activities even more effective.
I think we used everything Kentico has to offer perfectly on this project. From e-commerce to page creation and much more
Despite being a rather conservative environment where customers are often used to handling their orders over the phone or in person, we recorded an increase in online sales following the launch.
Our solution even impressed Kentico itself to the extent that our implementation received an honorable mention in their regularly announced Site of the Year ranking in 2023.
